Peer to Peer network

A peer to peer network is a connection between 2 seperate devices to connect to each other, both devices are equally privleged and is used in some file-sharing programs such as soulseek or torrenting.

LAN network

A LAN network is a connection between a router going out to multiple different devices, where this could be used is in a house where you'll have a router and then connect to that router to get an internet connection.

WAN network

A WAN is what connects multiple LANs with other LANs so an example of a WAN network could be the internet since it connects multiple people who have LANs in their house to wider places such as search engines from other LANs
